Lactation consult
An urgent care style telemedicine visit, offering support for latch difficulties, plugged duct, mastitis, nipple shield weaning, triple feeds, nursing strikes, etc. Due to the nature of lactation concerns, it may be necessary to access an infant scale during care, or work in consultation with your pediatricians office to assess weights.
Early pregnancy care
First trimester care, including care planning, customized education, labs, ultrasounds, progesterone assessment and management. This package includes concierge assess to a midwife in the weeks before traditional OB care begins. Transfer of prenatal care (with continued consulting/coordinating) will occur no later than 13 weeks.
